PCTR Card Fest, is where collectors find peace.
PCTR is an independent gathering organized in Türkiye for card collectors, TCG players, and anime enthusiasts. Through the past two festivals, we brought together shops, collectors, and players in the same venue; Winterfest 2027 marks the third gathering.

What is on at Winterfest 2027
two tournaments, dozens of vendors, two days and one hall. The programme starts at 10:00 on both days.

WINTERFEST 2026
2-3 August 2026 · Kozyatağı, İstanbul
Over 2,500 visitors moved through 35 exhibitor tables across two days. The Pokémon and One Piece tournaments ran at full capacity, and close to 400 cards passed the grading desk. The kids workshop joined the programme for the first time and both sessions filled up.

WINTERFEST 2025
1-2 August 2025 · Kozyatağı, İstanbul
The first edition. We started in Kozyatağı with 25 exhibitors and more than 1,000 visitors. The programme was built around a single tournament table and an open trading floor; by the end of the weekend the second edition was decided.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Tickets are sold only through Biletino; there is no door sale. The Bilet Al button goes straight to the sales page.
Under-12s enter free. You do not need a separate companion ticket.
Access one hour before general opening, plus priority in tournament registration.
Everything in early entry, plus lounge access, priority tournament registration and an edition-only gift pack.
The grading desk is open both days. Cards are pre-assessed on site and prepared for submission; the final grade is issued after submission.
Registration happens at the tournament desk on the day. Each tournament closes registration 30 minutes before it starts.
The venue's indoor car park is paid and capacity is limited. We recommend arriving by metro.
Yes, shooting for personal use is fine. At tournament tables, please ask players first.
